How can I make an order?

The most efficient way to place an order is through our website's ORDER FORM. On the specific package page, click on BOOK NOW, fill in your details along with your preferred event date and time, and then click SUBMIT. We will confirm your order within 30 minutes by email or phone. Alternatively, you can place your order directly by phone at +43 720 882988 or by email at info@rangersport.at.

When is the booking confirmed?

We confirm your booking within 30 minutes via email and/or phone, typically within 15-20 minutes.

What do you mean by a 100% money-back guarantee?

We assure 100% service satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with our shooting course, let us know where we were at fault, and we will provide a full or partial refund. You can submit your request via email.

Do you provide hotel pickup and drop off services?

Yes, we offer pickup and drop-off services from hotels for our outdoor shooting courses. For attendees staying in the city center with complicated bus routes, we provide a convenient meeting point nearby.

Do you accommodate last-minute bookings?

Yes, we strive to find available spots even for last-minute or same-day bookings. We do, however, recommend booking the session in advance, ideally two days before the event.

Do you accept individual and small group bookings?

Yes, we cater to both single shooters and group bookings.

Can each participant choose a different package?

Absolutely, every participant can choose different packages within the group. Simply leave a note about what packages you want or order multiple packages via the booking form.

Do you provide group discounts?

Yes, we offer several discounts for groups starting from 10 people. Additionally, we also run regular promotions as featured on our social media.

PAYMENT

Do you accept payments via credit cards?

Yes, for advance payments, we accept online payments through credit card, PayPal, or Bank transfer. For on-site payments, we only accept cash in either CZK or EUR.

Can additional shots be purchased?

Yes, additional ammunition or weapons can be added to your package directly at the shooting range.

Is a pre-payment required?

Yes, we require a deposit for all outdoor shooting events as we reserve multiple elements such as range, equipment, bus, driver, refreshments, drinks, and more. Indoor shooting typically does not need a deposit, except for larger groups and during busy weekends.

What is the deposit amount?

The deposit is 30% of the price per person. However, for every 5 to 10 shooters, we generally charge a smaller flat fee of 150 EUR, depending on the total amount.

When is the balance payment due?

The balance is payable at the shooting range. Please ensure you bring the exact amount as we only accept cash in EUR.

Can I receive an invoice with my VAT?

Absolutely, but make sure to inform us beforehand if you require an invoice issued to your company with VAT. There are various tax rules applicable to services like reverse charge, etc. Please note that we will not be able to reissue the invoice after the event.

What is the cancellation policy?

You have the option to cancel your reservation anytime up to 24 hours before the event and receive a full refund of your deposit.

When will I receive my refund?

We issue refunds via PayPal or bank transfer. The funds should be back in your account within 3-4 business days, depending on your bank.

What should I bring to the shooting range?

At the shooting range, you mainly need to have a valid ID, such as a passport, driving license, or firearms license. Additionally, don't forget to wear sturdy shoes and carry weather-appropriate clothing if you're going to the outdoor range.

Can friends or family come along?

Absolutely, your friend can accompany you for support. However, there's a 20 EUR fee for transport and shooting range admission for them if at the outdoor range.

Do I need a firearms license to participate in shooting?

No, a license isn't necessary as all our shooting packages come with an instructor's supervision. No license is needed when you are shooting under an instructor's watch.

Is alcohol consumption allowed before and during shooting?

No, we do not serve alcohol at the range during shooting, and it's essential that all participants arrive sober. If your visit to the range is a part of a celebratory event, we recommend scheduling the shooting at the start of your event.

How do I reach the shooting range?

The outdoor shooting range is located 50 minutes from the city center, and the transportation to the location is included in the package price.

Can my child also participate in shooting?

According to Act No.119/2002 Coll., a person over 10 years old can handle a firearm when accompanied by a legal guardian. Nevertheless, we recommend at least 12 years of age.

Can one package be shared by two people?

No, we don't permit the sharing of shooting packages. This is because progression of skills is important and we usually transition from smaller to larger calibers. Each participant should complete a package.

Can we take photos and videos during the session?

Of course! You're welcome to capture videos and photos during the session, but always consult the instructor first to ensure safety is maintained.

What languages are your courses taught in?

Our courses are primarily taught in English, Slovak, or Czech.
